About us

Waste less, the honest way.

Waste No More is a local waste management business based in Orange, NSW. We help businesses across the Central West cut what they throw out, then collect and recycle whatever is left.

Where we started

Waste No More is based in Orange, NSW, and founded by Pad Dwyer. We started with a simple observation: most waste services just empty your bins, and half of what goes in still ends up in landfill. Businesses across the Central West were paying more and had no idea whether any of it was making a difference.

So we built something different. Waste No More leads with waste reduction first, then handles collection and recycling for whatever is left. The biggest wins come from making less waste at the source, not just carting more of it away.

What makes us different

We're a local business. We know Orange and the Central West, we know the councils, and we know the local facilities. When you call us, you get someone who actually knows the region, not a call centre somewhere else.

We lead with reduction, which most waste companies don't bother with because it means less collection revenue. For us, helping you make less waste is the whole point. Less waste means lower costs, and it's better for the region we both live in.

What we believe

Recycling should be simple and honest. You should be able to trust where your waste ends up, and you shouldn't need to read fine print to do the right thing. We'd rather help you produce less waste than sell you another bin.

Who we work with

We work with businesses of all sizes, from small cafes and offices through to schools, hospitality venues, retail shops and construction sites. If your business makes waste, we can almost certainly find a better way to handle it.

Based in Orange, NSW. We serve businesses across the Central West, including Bathurst, Dubbo, Parkes, Forbes and surrounding areas. Local to us means local to you.

Waste No More · Orange, NSW

I started Waste No More in high school as a way to help people understand what they throw out. I've always cared about the environment and kept seeing valuable material going to landfill when it didn't need to. I began working with schools and charity organisations to help them reduce their waste and it's since grown from there.

When you reach out, you're talking to me. I know the region and I genuinely care about getting it right.
